Global Village – 1 Day, 1 Location, 16 Countries!

 

Knowing young people’s thirst for traveling abroad to get to know other cultures, AIESEC Chisinau jointly with Shopping MallDova is organizing an awesome event allowing everyone the possibility to taste a bit of 16 different cultures.

 

Saturday, July 23, at 14:00, Shopping MallDova will host the intercultural event Global Village gathering representatives of different countries to enhance cultural awareness of people in Moldova and ensure their intercultural communication.

Global Village is a worldwide event bringing together various nations to promote their cultures and traditions of their countries. Young people from the Czech Republic, Poland, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, China and many other countries will present traditional food and dances specific of their cultures. Contests will add to the good mood of the event.

Mrs. Mihaela Iuraşcu, President of AIESEC Chisinau and Mr. Dorin Curoşu, Global Village organizer, say the event is held for the second time at Shopping MallDova, contributing to the awareness and promotion of internationalism in our country.
